Founder & Executive Director
Jay didn't build Rising PHX Foundation from a boardroom. He built it from lived experience — knowing firsthand what hopelessness feels like, and deciding that no one else should face it alone.
What started as one act of human kindness became a movement that has now touched 7,000+ families across Arizona.
